馳而不息 筑牢四川農(nóng)信發(fā)展的根與魂 ——省聯(lián)社黨委書記、理事長艾毓斌到聯(lián)系支部開展黨建工作調(diào)研

 省聯(lián)社黨委高度重視基層黨建工作，省聯(lián)社黨委書記、理事長艾毓斌在不同場合多次這樣予以強(qiáng)調(diào)和要求。

簡陽農(nóng)商銀行海井黨支部是省聯(lián)社黨委書記、理事長艾毓斌聯(lián)系的基層黨支部。11月2日，他再次來到簡陽，就黨建工作開展調(diào)研，并列席指導(dǎo)海井黨支部組織生活會。

“欲筑室者，先治其基。”把四川農(nóng)信黨支部建設(shè)放在更加突出的位置，為黨支部建設(shè)注入創(chuàng)新基因，把全面從嚴(yán)治黨落實到每個支部、每名黨員，就一定能做強(qiáng)黨支部這個堅強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)斗堡壘。

艾毓斌指出，“四川農(nóng)信各級黨委要始終把黨的政治建設(shè)擺在首位，馳而不息筑牢引領(lǐng)事業(yè)發(fā)展的根與魂。黨支部是黨的肌體的‘神經(jīng)末梢’，四川農(nóng)信要抓好基層黨組織這個‘最后一公里’，堅持‘一切工作到支部、一切工作靠支部’，鮮明抓基層、打基礎(chǔ)、強(qiáng)支部的工作導(dǎo)向，把支部建優(yōu)建強(qiáng)。”

在海井黨支部支部生活會上，該支部以“強(qiáng)化支部組織建設(shè)，發(fā)揮黨員先鋒模范作用，促進(jìn)黨建工作提檔升級，促進(jìn)發(fā)展提質(zhì)增效”為主題召開組織生活會。會上，支委成員集體學(xué)習(xí)了習(xí)近平總書記《增強(qiáng)推進(jìn)黨的政治建設(shè)的自覺性和堅定性》的重要講話，傳達(dá)貫徹了四川農(nóng)信2020年三季度工作會議精神。海井黨支部書記代表支委作檢視剖析發(fā)言，支部全體黨員圍繞工作、思想、作風(fēng)和發(fā)揮先鋒模范作用等方面，逐一自我檢視剖析，開展批評與自我批評。

艾毓斌強(qiáng)調(diào)，“健全創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)長效機(jī)制，打造一支忠誠干凈擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)母咚刭|(zhì)干部隊伍，要務(wù)實推進(jìn)支部建設(shè)，積極向上的良好氛圍。”

艾毓斌肯定海井黨支部組織生活會能夠見人見事，開得比較實在，交心談心、自評互評達(dá)到了一定目的。對海井黨支部建設(shè)，艾毓斌提出了具體要求，一是健全創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)長效機(jī)制。要提高加強(qiáng)支部建設(shè)重要性認(rèn)識，黨的工作最堅實的力量支撐在基層，要以提高政治素質(zhì)為重點，制定黨員先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，加強(qiáng)日常管理，健全創(chuàng)先爭優(yōu)長效機(jī)制，促進(jìn)作用發(fā)揮，努力使每個基層黨組織都成為堅強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)斗堡壘，讓每一名黨員在平凡崗位上閃光。二是打造一支忠誠干凈擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)母咚刭|(zhì)干部隊伍。要嚴(yán)把政治關(guān)、廉潔關(guān)、能力素質(zhì)關(guān)，抓好黨員“雙向培養(yǎng)”，提高黨員發(fā)展質(zhì)量，堅持業(yè)績導(dǎo)向，做到人事相宜、人盡其才。三是要務(wù)實推進(jìn)支部建設(shè)。牢牢把握支部建設(shè)的核心要義，讓支部成為確保黨的路線方針政策和決策部署貫徹落實的基礎(chǔ)。要統(tǒng)籌抓好支部建設(shè)和經(jīng)營管理工作，以黨建培根鑄魂引領(lǐng)企業(yè)發(fā)展。四是堅持用黨的創(chuàng)新理論武裝黨員干部頭腦，學(xué)深悟透、融會貫通,做到真學(xué)真懂真信真用。切實抓好學(xué)習(xí)、談心、幫助，在支部形成團(tuán)結(jié)緊張、嚴(yán)肅活潑、積極向上的良好氛圍。
